2) No Paypal account? No problem -You do NOT need one to order. Just follow the instructions during checkout for using a credit card.

Have a coupon and want to use it? Look closely at the bottom of the coupon and you will see a coupon code. I wish I had a fancy web shopping cart that had a space for you to type in the code, but I don't yet, so just email me the code and what you would like to purchase and I will email you back an adjusted invoice to pay off of.

US Orders: I ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking for a flat fee of $3.00. As many pretty jewels as you'd like for $3.00. If your order is over $100 it is automatically shipped with insurance, no extra cost to you, but you will need to sign for your package at delivery. I'll send a confirmation e-mail when your order is received and a second when it ships. Packages ship out within 2 business days of your order being confirmed.
 
International Orders: Items from this website boutique only ship internationally to Canada. Shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $3.50. All orders outside the US or Canada will be automatically refunded. I do ship product listed at my Etsy store to a limited number of countries. Please email if you have any questions concerning this policy.
 
Shipments returned as unclaimed, return to sender or otherwise undeliverable by USPS will be credited back in the original form of payment less postage and handling.

All purchases are packaged in lovely ribboned and tissue lined gift boxes, or wrapped beautifully in colorful tissue paper -- FREE! Both are suitable for pampering yourself or for gift giving. Most jewels are placed in tarnish protective bags before packaging. (Note: ribbon and tissue paper color may vary)
 

Most pieces are one of a kind or produced in extremely limited numbers. If the item you are purchasing sells out completely prior to your order posting, I will notify you and issue a refund promptly.

Custom wedding jewelry inquiries based on any of my existing designs are welcome, please contact me for a bid. It is strongly recommended to send swatches or other color samples early in the design process. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom jewelry. You will be able to view photos of your order on a private web page and will be asked to approve and sign off on the design at various stages prior to final billing and shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.

Jeweled Elegance, LLC jewelry is for adult use only. Please take care to keep all products out of the reach of children. All jewelery, accessories and decor items in this shop are one of a kind (or extremely limited in number), unique, artistic creations and are not intended for children 12 and under.
 
Every item is crafted with care and love and I wish for all of my customers to be happy with their creations, but because most items are personal wearables - I do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
 
On the plus side - you will have the assurance that all merchandise from the shop is brand new and unworn by anyone else.
