US Orders: We ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking for a flat fee of $4.00. As many pretty jewels as you'd like for $4.00. If your order is over $200 it is automatically shipped with insurance, no extra cost to you, but you will need to sign for your package at delivery. We'll send a confirmation e-mail when your order is received and a second when it ships.
International Orders: At this time, we do not ship jewelry internationally from this online boutique. All orders outside the US will be automatically refunded. We do ship product listed at our Etsy store to a limited number of countries. Please email us if you have any questions concerning our policy.
Shipments returned as unclaimed, return to sender or otherwise undeliverable by USPS will be credited back in the original form of payment less postage and handling.
All purchases are packaged in our lovely ribboned and tissue lined gift boxes suitable for pampering yourself or for gift giving -- FREE! Most jewels are placed in tarnish protective bags before packaging.
Most of our pieces are one of a kind or produced in extremely limited numbers. If the item you are purchasing sells out completely prior to your order posting, we will notify you and issue a refund promptly.

Custom wedding jewelry inquiries based on any of our existing designs are welcome, please
contact us for a bid. It is strongly recommended to send swatches or other color samples early in the design process. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom jewelry. You will be able to view photos of your order on a private web page and will be asked to approve and sign off on the design at various stages prior to final billing and shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.
Our pretty treasures have lots of tiny parts and are not meant for babies or children. Keep all products out of the reach of babies and children.
Every item is crafted with care and love and we wish for all of our customers to be happy with their creations, but because most of our items are personal wearables - we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
On the plus side - you will have the assurance that all merchandise from the shop is brand new and unworn by anyone else.
We try to take good pictures and to be as detailed as possible in the descriptions, but if you have any questions please ask. We are more than happy to provide additional photos or information on items before you make your purchase.
